Any musical instrument played with soul can enchant audience by its sounding and have one soul with the performer. If such instrument is accordion, the sounding of which resonates with human souls the most, then no one remains indifferent. It is the wide soul of accordion to which Igor Zavadsky dedicates his jubilee music album.

The album «Soul» contains pieces performed by Igor solo, with L.Revutskyi Boys’ Chorus, pieces arranged for variety, and recordings of the musician’s concert guests, the best accordionists of Ukraine, Belarus and France. Igor’s performance in duet with piano, in trio with two accordionists, in ensemble with a string quartet, flute, and piano has been recorded on CDs for the first time in the new album. Also for the first time, one can listen to the text of the song from «Les Choristes» film versed by him. Almost half of the album’s music is related to France, a country thinking of which awakens romantic feelings and associations with accordion for many.

In English, «soul» has more than one meaning. It is also a music style. According to soul singers’ slang, this word means «genuineness, honesty, sincerity». And this is exactly the way Igor Zavadsky always wants to be on the scene before his audience. For him, accordion is his «second half» that can delicately feel and reproduce different sentiments.

The album «Soul» gives a possibility to feel the vibration of soul strings which do not always sound in everyday life; and not only Igor Zavadsky’s accordion but also other performers’ instruments open sincerely their soles to audience in this album.
